Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy 

All goods purchased will be shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce with tracked delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing / email with buyer.

We strive to ship all items on date of order for all items purchased before 1pm GMT.

Please note that tracked items are not signed for deliveries and we reserve the right to instruct the courier to deliver to 'safe place'.  Should you require signed delivery on your items please advise via email at time of purchase.

Delivery of items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. weather.

Insurance:

All items in transit will be insured by the seller with the courier to provide peace of mind on all deliveries.

Returns:

All items sold are used items and sold as seen, please feel free for further details or images on items of interest to avoid any issues / disapointment.  Refunds will be provided on any item damaged during delivery if reported on same day of delivery completion.
